Return and refund
To return your order, we invite you to follow the below mandatory steps within 14 days from the date of receipt of the last delivered item:

Send us an email to: shop@banditmanchot.net to inform us of your wish to return your order, indicating the order number.

Pack your item, making sure that it is complete, intact, in its original packaging and accompanied by any accessories attached to.

Slip the delivery notice that you received with your package inside your return package.

Ship the package to the following address by the carrier of your choice:

We remind you that the return is at your own expense and that no return can be accepted without the delivery notice in the package and without the request for return previously made on the site.

How much does it cost to return a product?
If you are not satisfied with your product, the return costs are at your expense, using the carrier of your choice. If the error is on our part (wrong item received, or defective item), we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs upon proof of purchase.

How long does it take to get a refund?
Your refund will arrive within 15 days after receiving your package, directly by the payment method used for the validation of your order.
The right of withdrawal is valid for all items and Les Cartographes SAS. is committed to refund the amount paid by the customer (value of the order to be refunded + standard shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 days.
In the case of a partial return of the order, the refund will be made on an amount equal to the price of the product which was the subject of the return.
